Tai Ji

Tai Ji is the Chinese martial art training inner strength and harmony through co-ordination and relaxation of the mind and body.

As an approved class provider, I also teach Tai Ji in the community as part of the Live Stronger for Longer programme endorsed by ACC and the Ministry of Health.
