Tai Ji

Tai Ji is the Chinese martial art training inner strength and harmony through co-ordination and relaxation of the mind and body. 

Some of the benefits of Tai Ji include:

  • Greater movement

  • Relaxation of the body

  • Body awareness when moving

  • Loosening of joints and ligaments

  • Increased circulation

  • Improved co-ordination of the mind and body

As an approved class provider, I also teach Tai Ji as part of the community Live Stronger for Longer programme endorsed by ACC and the Ministry of Health.
